IYA Medical, PLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and keep working toward it.

What we do

• The site can be navigated with a keyboard: there is a skip link to the main content and the current focus is visible.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Text keeps readable contrast in both the light and dark themes, and the site respects your reduced-motion setting.
• Forms, including the online intake and new patient paperwork, label every field and announce errors next to the field that needs attention.
• Pages are built mobile-first and reflow rather than requiring horizontal scrolling when zoomed.

Known limitations

Some videos are hosted on YouTube and rely on YouTube’s captions and player controls. Maps are provided by Google Maps; the address of each office is always available as text next to the map. If a document we link to, such as a PDF form, is not accessible to you, we will provide the information in another format.

You never have to use the website to reach us. Call 480-771-0000 and our front desk will complete intake and paperwork with you, schedule your visit, and arrange any aids or services you need at the office, including interpreters, at no charge.
